                 This is a cumulated patch for Autoloaders. It
                 fixes the problem of tape engines crash and the
                 problem of auto inventory when magazane is
                 changed. This patch applies for the following
                 auto loaders:

                 COMPAQ  12/24G

                 DELL    PV-122
                 
                 After applying this patch, you will need to add a
                 DWORD DoorShutInit under the key
                 
                 "..\base\tapeengine\CHANGER_CFG"
                 
                 and set the value of DoorShutInit as  1 .

PROBLEM RESOLUTION:  Follow the instructions below: 
The following PREREQS must be applied before applying this fix:
QO72174        

This fix requires BrightStor ARCserve Backup Release 11 to be
installed.

1. Shutdown all BrightStor ARCserve Backup services.
2. Unzip the fix file as follows:

      CAZIPXP -U T16C538.CAZ

3. Rename changer.dll in X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve
Backup .
4. Copy changer.dll to X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup
.
5. Start all BrightStor ARCserve Backup services.
